Refund Policy - the basics
At Sugarlicious Express, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every bite! Please note that we do not offer refunds unless a product is found to be damaged upon delivery (not included delivery from mail carriers). If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence at courtnae@sugarliciousexpress.com or call (716) 259-7022, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or store credit.
